As NRG’s Digital Marketing Manager, I developed the org’s brand, voice, and digital strategy across channels.

I built out the org’s marketing infrastructure from the ground up. I started with organic social media strategy. From there, we’ve built out our brand guidelines, email strategy, events, and more. NRG is a startup company, and I’ve worn many hats. This has included Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Communications, Social Media Management, and Brand Development.

STRATEGY

MARKETING STRATEGY

Strategic planning includes annual social media audit, annual marketing blueprint, monthly analysis and planning, and weekly check ins. Through this process, we’ve built a culture of digital saviness across our leadership team, and a data-driven comms and marketing team.

GROWTH

We’ve grown our membership base by over 300% and have successfully increased our client conversion rate, reaching a revenue of over $2M annually.

DATA & ANALYTICS

Through in-app analytics and GA4, we track our data on a monthly basis to ensure we’re making the best decisions for our boutique audiences. In 2024, I built out entire systems to track our priority platforms and website performance.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Content Creation

Built out new content calendaring system and secured the creative tools that work best for NRG. I lead all creative content for NRG, as small firm with no graphic design team. I also manage relationships with clients’ design teams whenever needed. I love being innovative with content - including making new types of video content, polls, or engagement posts.

GROWTH

We more than doubled our growth rate across platforms each year. We did this by focusing on organic social media, email and web marketing, and data-driven strategy. In 2025, we now have over 35K followers.

ORGANIC

Our social media strategy is largely organic social - prioritizing engagement, community building, and storytelling. We’ve mobilized engagement, at an average rate of 6.5%, by staying in DMs, driving comments, and constantly focusing on analytics.

PAID

We are building a paid media testing strategy for 2026, working through our priority platforms on LinkedIn and Meta. This test strategy will inform the paid media strategy for NRG for the year to come.
